At Elevate Legacy Living, we believe that true independence requires more than housing. It requires healing, skills, community, and opportunity. Our four-pillar program model addresses the whole person — body, mind, and future — so that every resident leaves our program equipped, confident, and connected.
Safe & Stable Housing
A place to call home — and a foundation to build from.
Our housing program provides fully furnished, safe, and supportive living environments for young adults ages 18–26 who are transitioning out of foster care. We believe that stable housing is the cornerstone of every other success — without a safe place to sleep, nothing else is possible.
- Fully furnished private and semi-private rooms
- Safe, structured living environment with house rules
- On-site staff support and 24/7 emergency contact
- Utilities, internet, and basic necessities included
- Transitional housing with a path toward independent living
- Community living that fosters peer support and belonging
Life Skills Development
The practical tools no one taught them — until now.
Many young adults leaving foster care have never been taught the everyday skills that most people take for granted. Our Life Skills curriculum fills that gap with hands-on, practical workshops designed to build confidence and competence in daily living.

- Cooking, nutrition, and meal planning
- Household management and cleaning routines
- Time management and organizational skills
- Healthcare navigation and self-advocacy
- Conflict resolution and communication skills
Career & Education Pathways
From where they are — to where they want to be.
We connect residents with the education and career resources they need to build lasting economic independence. Whether a resident is pursuing a GED, enrolling in college, or entering the workforce, we walk alongside them every step of the way.

- Resume writing, interview coaching, and job placement
- Connections to local employers and internship opportunities

Mentorship & Wellness
Healing, connection, and the courage to thrive.
Young adults leaving foster care often carry deep wounds — trauma, grief, and a profound sense of isolation. Our mentorship and wellness program pairs each resident with a dedicated mentor and provides access to mental health resources, community, and healing-centered support.
- One-on-one mentorship with trained community mentors
- Mental health counseling referrals and wellness check-ins
- Trauma-informed care practices throughout all programming

- Spiritual and personal development opportunities

Funding & Fees
How Programs Are Funded
Elevate Legacy Living operates as a mission-driven organization. Our goal is to ensure that cost is never a barrier to a young adult accessing the support they need.
Private Donations
Individual donors and community supporters fund a significant portion of our programming and housing costs.
Resident Sponsorships
Community members and businesses can directly sponsor a resident's housing and program participation for a full year.
Grants & Partnerships
We actively pursue government grants, foundation funding, and agency partnerships to expand our capacity and reach.
Nonprofit Status Coming Soon
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm is currently in development, which will expand our grant eligibility and allow tax-deductible donations. Stay connected as we grow.
